I am a multidisciplinary engineer working on space science research and Cubesat development, currently at UC Berkeley’s Space Science Lab.

Projects

Simulation and analysis of novel gamma ray instrument

During my last year at Swarthmore College, I completed a senior thesis on gamma ray detectors including designing and simulating a novel phoswitch detector for Cubesat missions investigating neutral particles. I wrote up a brief description for Github’s Graduation event.

Swarthmore Makerspace

For almost 3 years I helped grow Swarthmore’s new Makerspace, teaching courses ranging from laser cutting to laser scanning. I really enjoyed getting to help community members make their ideas come to life as 3D-printed objects, jewelry, dioramas, or even furniture.
